Sivil Düşün Programme
The EU-funded civil society facility in Turkey is best known by its title ‘Sivil Düşün’. The programme has been running since 2011 and is currently in its 3 rd phase, due to end in May 2020. Eurasia Social Change and its consortium partners, ICE and FCG Sweden, provide a team of local consultants who manage a Active Citizen Mechanism, supporting local actions by rights-based CSOs throughout Turkey.
